Salty sea aromatics dominate along with flinty struck match, gunflint, citrus oil, chalk, lime peel, a subtle smokiness and oyster shell. Wonderful purity and a real zest for life. The palate is so intriguing – super-crisp, flinty, salted lemons and limes take you to the mid-palate. Thereafter and for the minutes that follow – layer upon layer of spice titillate. Subtle curry leaf? There’s a tangible connection to the sea as this is akin to eating raw oysters or langoustines - salty and briny, with a backdrop of sweetness (a splash of citrus, too) Minerality goes on for an age… The length of flavour is extraordinary. Astonishing Chardonnay and ageing beautifully. Drink now to 2030. Do not overchill. Served using Zalto Burgundy stemware.”

- In Bond: Exclude UK Duty and VAT, and can either be delivered to a UK bonded warehouse in the UK, or released for international delivery.
- Duty Paid: UK Duty @ £26.78 per 9 litres and VAT @ 20% has been paid.
Wines are only available in whole, unmixed cases unless otherwise stated.
