Returns & Damaged Goods

Damages in transit
Whilst exceptionally rare, bottles can occasionally be damaged during transit within the United Kingdom. Should this happen, please notify us as soon as possible. We will happily arrange a replacement wherever possible or, if the wine is no longer available, provide a credit note or refund, as appropriate.
Faulty, Damaged or Corked Wines
We take great pride in the quality and condition of every bottle we sell. However, if you believe a wine purchased from The Vinorium is faulty, damaged or corked, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for the bottle to be returned to our headquarters in Ashford for assessment. If the wine is confirmed to be faulty, we will either provide a replacement (subject to availability), issues a refund or a credit note.
We cannot provide a refund, replacement or credit if the bottle or its contents have been discarded before we have had the opportunity to inspect the wine. If you believe a wine is faulty, please contact us immediately. We kindly ask that you retain the bottle and any remaining wine, keeping it refrigerated until we have advised you on the next steps.
Our inspection enables us to verify the fault and, where appropriate, investigate the matter directly with the producer. This process helps us maintain the exceptionally high standards we expect from every winery we represent.
Our Taste Guarantee
Buying wine should be exciting, not a gamble.
If you purchase a full case of wine from The Vinorium and simply decide that the first bottle is not to your taste, you may return the remaining unopened bottles within fourteen days of delivery.
We will happily refund the returned bottles or exchange them for an alternative wine of your choice - without fuss or delay.
We believe this guarantee reflects the confidence we have in every wine we choose to import and sell.
Important Information
