Crafted by winemaker Nic Peterkin in Margaret River, Western Australia, this rosé blends Tinta Cão and Pinot Noir in a truly distinctive style. The Tinta Cão comes from 40-year-old vines rooted in gravelly loam soils in Yallingup, near the Indian Ocean. The Pinot Noir is sourced from one of the region’s oldest vineyards, planted in 1980 in Wilyabrup, benefiting from coastal breezes and a gentle south-facing slope.
Winemaking
Grapes were hand-picked and chilled overnight before being whole-bunch pressed with great care. Fermentation occurred naturally in a mix of seasoned French barriques and clay amphorae. The wine rested on lees for nine months with gentle bâtonnage to build richness and depth. It was bottled unfined and lightly filtered to maintain its natural purity and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Light ruby with a luminous clarity.
Nose: Aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and cherry with hints of grapefruit and subtle spice.
Palate: Fresh and vibrant with layers of red berries, citrus zest, and a touch of sea salt. The texture is plush and refined, finishing long and elegant.

- In Bond: Exclude UK Duty and VAT, and can either be delivered to a UK bonded warehouse in the UK, or released for international delivery.
- Duty Paid: UK Duty @ £26.78 per 9 litres and VAT @ 20% has been paid.
Wines are only available in whole, unmixed cases unless otherwise stated.
