Ed Carr “Lifted and exotic aromas reminiscent of white flowers, brown lime juice, lychee, brioche and oyster shell. A seamless and powerful palate with a distinct minerality and complex characters of toasted sourdough, field mushroom, lemon curd and Granny Smith apple. The wine shows great density and an elegant poise, with the low dosage in perfect balance with fine tannins and natural acidity.”
Winemaking: Crafted in the traditional sparkling winemaking method, combined with fastidious and modern viticultural techniques. The fruit is hand-picked and gently pressed with only the highest quality juice selected for fermentation. Further complexity and character are built into the wine with 10% fermentation in first use French Oak barriques followed by 100% malolactic fermentation. The blended wine has been matured for seven years in tirage ensuring a depth and complexity consistent with the worlds’ finest cuvées.

- In Bond: Exclude UK Duty and VAT, and can either be delivered to a UK bonded warehouse in the UK, or released for international delivery.
- Duty Paid: UK Duty @ £26.78 per 9 litres and VAT @ 20% has been paid.
Wines are only available in whole, unmixed cases unless otherwise stated.

All under bond wines are stored within London City Bond, Eton Park (formerly Vinotheque) in secure and temperature controlled storage facilities. DeliveriesIn Bond (IB) wines can be stored, transferred to other bonded warehouses or released for international delivery.
Alternatively, use our home delivery service by simply switching to Duty Paid during the checkout. Duty, VAT and delivery charges will be applied.
