We love these wines and can't wait to share them with you. Coulter Wines are minimal intervention, small batch wines that focus on cleanliness and purity. Working as a winemaker for a large company for a number of years, Chris Coulter always had a nagging desire to produce his own wine and eventually took the leap and created Coulter Wines. Fruit is sourced from premium growers in the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and Riverland. Fruit is handpicked and crushed on the same day. We are importing their C1, C4 & C5 wines to the UK for the very first time.

House of Cards | Margaret River, Australia
House of Cards was established in 2011 after owners Elizabeth and Travis returned to Yallingup from travelling overseas where Travis completed vintages in New Zealand and Canada. Their goal for the winery was simple; to passionately create single vineyard wines of exceptional quality. Their wine is handmade onsite using traditional winemaking practices including hand plunging and manual basket pressing. House of Cards are 100% organic.

Ghost Rock Wines | Northern Tasmania
One of Tasmania’s pioneering grower-producers. Over 20 years the Arnold family have almost single-handedly created the Cradle Coast wine region of Northern Tasmania. Every vineyard hand-built, hand-planted, to the exact specifications - no compromise, no concession. The Estate now spans 27 hectares of high density, hand-tended vineyards, mostly comprised of Pinot Noir, with significant plantings of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris in behind. Under the stewardship of second-generation Winemaker Justin Arnold, and his wife Alicia Peardon, Ghost Rock’s wines are driven by depth, sophistication and intensity. Strictly estate grown. Strictly estate bottled. Minimal intervention focused.
