Stuart McCloskey "I sampled the wine today (Friday)… I chose to decant for 20-minutes which brought this beauty alive. The bouquet is very similar to the 2019. Welcome to a wonderful place filled with lemon zest, confit lemon, yuzu, ginger, quartz, toast, honey, creme pâtissiere, fresh pineapple, honeysuckle and finishes with oyster shell and beeswax. This has huge amounts of energy, and the bouquet builds and builds in the glass… Flavours are concentrated, the palate feel is seductively silky. This really does slip and slide with such ease however, there’s a racy backbone which supports all the gloss and sheen. This is packed with tension and bursting with energy. Citrus, stone fruits, a tang of salt, the spices are sweet, and super-long – crystalline and so, so pure... Unquestionably, this takes ‘moreish’ to a next level. Enormously engaging and packed with complexity. While it is very tempting to drink now, it’s going to impress the socks off you with another 3-5 years in bottle and drink for a further 5-years. Served using Zalto Burgundy glassware… Again, lovers of Eileen Hardy should make an orderly queue and grab a case."

- In Bond: Exclude UK Duty and VAT, and can either be delivered to a UK bonded warehouse in the UK, or released for international delivery.
- Duty Paid: UK Duty @ £26.78 per 9 litres and VAT @ 20% has been paid.
Wines are only available in whole, unmixed cases unless otherwise stated.
